Facebook works!

We just gave away car #65 to a young woman from Jackson who found Cars INC on Facebook.  We have been using Facebook to share our needs and to raise money to buy and refurbish cars, never thinking that those women who need us might also find us there.

What a blessing to give her "the gift of a lift!"  Please pray for her and her sweet family.

Car #64 to a young college student

Ray is a college student who landed two jobs for the summer, but no way to get to them.  Through mutual friends, we discovered that his two jobs were 30 miles apart.  There would be no way for Ray to get back and forth to these jobs without a car.

Our goal is to help folks who need a car to get and keep a job.  Usually, we are connected with single moms who need our help.  We are happy that we could help Ray to keep his two summer jobs.

Pray for Ray that he has safe travels and that this car gives him "the gift of a lift!"

Cars INC gives away 55th car in 2017

This week, Cars In the Name of Christ gave away its 55th car to Tammy, the single mom of four kids.  She now has a 2005 Mercury Monterey large enough to take her 10-year old, 4-year old and new twins with her all at once.

We are so grateful for your "gift of a lift" to Cars INC so that we can help single moms like Tammy.

Thanks again for your generosity!  Becki needed this car to keep her job.  She is a devout Christian who puts her children first.  Keep them in your prayers.
